Hello,
This is a render of a small house/pool I put together to test evening lighting by water.
The image rendered at 3600 x 2048 px to 760 px, but still a little grainy. The background was added in GIMP as were the soft and harsh glows on the lamps. The image was scaled back to 50% and saved out as a jpg. I colour balanced the sky in GIMP, but the rendered image used an AGFA preset (can't remember which).
I'm thinking about using billboards of grass randomly scattered using a hair emitter in blender and maybe some small 3d plants or even a poolside sun bed...
Comments and criticism welcome, particularly tips to make it better!
Cheers!
