cannot render older scene

Hi,
I know, nobody can explain these error-codes!
But maybe in this case?
Its an older scene which I now need to render again
with my 2 titan x.

now everything seams to be broken!
I cannot even render a simple cube without getting render faillure.
Did some restarts, checked drivers .....
All was fine before I played around yesterday with some downloaded materials
from the octane facebook forum.
Got a completely new and empty scene. Also a basic diffuse material looks weird in the
material manager and as soon as I start LV I now I got render faillure.
What the hell is going on here!

after deleting c4d prefs and putting them back in later - normal octane LV is working again! puhh.
But still would like to know, what is braking my old scene?
I need to render out an new animation from it.

Hi Mike! Why do you have issue reports always? I think you have some problems with your hardware!

I would also like to know!
My main WS has dual xeon 2680v2, a supermicroboard, 64 Gig Ram, 2 x titan xp and 1 x titan old.
Monthly everything runs smoothly, but from time to time strange errors occures and then I have
to fight several days to get all working again. Sometimes only one octane crash seams to break the entire system.
This time deleting all prefs helped me out it seams for now.
Maybe its time to completely reinstall the whole system (Win 10, all programs etc.) from scratch.
