Good evening, I'm new to the 3D rendering area, and I decided to risk the octane render because I saw its many features. However I am encountering several difficulties in the installation. I install OctaneVR and extract the OctaneVR for C4D into the C4D plugins folder and nothing appears in the top menu within C4D. I have also tried to install inside the folder that is indicated in (Edit / Preferences) and also nothing. can you help me?

Sorry to hear that! Have you read the install notes from readme.txt and release threads then checked and compared these with your specs?

Yes, it was one of the first things that did not help me much. I looked for help on the Otoy website, and also nothing. I looked for the support of my video card (GT 930M) and from what I saw, there is support needed. I'm looking forward to using octane and nothing seems to help.

First check which version of C4D? And have you deleted unnecessary plugin files? Do you have min. supported version of c4d as wrote in manual? It will not on 18.021 for example, you need at least 18.039. This can be seen in installation notes.

Octane does not appear in the top bar when I open with the Startup configuration but when I switch to Standard, there it is.
