Machine build specs. The popular newbie question :(

did a search but did not find much.
currently have a 16 core dell with a Titan X pascal and Quadro K5000. the Quadro is set for dispay only. one of my scene (see attached) is taking 4 hours to render at Path Tracing 2000 samples. Hot pixel set to .4 .
a preview at 400 samples takes about 6min.
know i'll have to do more scenes like this. am thinking of doing a machine build with two 1080ti's. Could anyone please provide resources on how to spec out this machine for Octane. Going to have the local Microcenter Store build it for me as it's beyond my technical abilities
