It seems the Houdini plugin can render the same scene quicker, do you know why this could be? The subdivison smoothing tab in particular makes the render a lot slower compared with the equivalent in Houdini.

Maybe my GPU is not being fully utilized in the C4D version. Any tips?

Do you check gpu usages in LV or PV? And compare exported structures C4D vs. Houdini?
