BAKING CAMERA LOW Poly

Hi Guys,
Quick question, is that a way to bake texture with low polygons I have some simple scenes at render everything is smoother and right on the bake is showing triangles and not so great results only after subdivide a lot my mesh I can get a proper result without subdivisions...
Any tips, or solutions???
