Subscription amount not been debited, license expires in 3h

Hey guys,

I wonder if somebody can help even though I know it's a Sunday ;)

My OctaneVR subscription ends in 3 hours and 10 minutes and PayPal have not notified me of my subscription payment for March.

I take it that if the countdown timer reaches zero, Octane will not launch because effectively I'm not licensed ?

If so, how can I prevent this ?

I'd just like to mention that my subscription is still in place, nothing has been cancelled... and that funds were/are in place

Well, that's it... license expired.

Can somebody from Otoy please reply to this and also try to initiate the payment again please :)

For subscription renewals, the amount is automatically taken from your card attached to your Paypal subscription. We do not have any control over this, as the subscription renewals are managed directly by Paypal.
Every subscription has two days grace period so that if a renewal payment fails, the subscription will continue for two further days.
If the payment fails, Paypal will reattempt to take the payment four days later.
