Hi,
when I open the OctaneRender Viewport via menu then Modo opens an empty window. How can I get back my OcraneRender Viewport again?

I suggest deleting your Modo?.cfg file from the Modo->System->User File (you will need to shutdown Modo first, prior to deleting this file).

Then I will loose all Modo settings. This is not a good solution.
I solved this in this way: I copied the needed UI elements from the Octane render tab and pasted it into the empty window.
Feature request: A menue item to reset octane windows to factory default.

A menue item to reset octane windows to factory default.
If you doubleclick the OctaneRender tab it will reset it to default settings.
I am always needing to delete my modo*.cfg files from time to time. I use the approach at
https://docs.otoy.com/manuals/products/ ... ew/1091-2/ to handle this.

Oh, thank You. This is a very good hint!

Is there a similar reset for the „Octane Render Viewport“ too? (I mean the render window what I can open by menu.)

It's not a Layout, so unfortunately you have to delete the Modo*.cfg file to clear out whatever setting has caused the problem. Can you also try rightclicking the top right of both the panels in the Viewport and Viewport Controls->Revert.
