Crashing When Using Hair Module

I'm trying to make a Cat paw. I've added hair to it and I am messing around with trying to get enough hair to cover it completely. I've tried using tons of hairs and I've also tried lowering the number of hairs and adding in clones. Either way when I start adding C4D crashes. I can't seem to get above like 75,000 hairs or 20,000 hairs with 5 clones per hair. How can I get enough hairs to fill the model without crashing?

About my PC,

Octane for C4D V.3.05.03
Windows 10
i7 5960x 3.5 Ghz
64GB ram
(x2) 980ti supercloked cards [I am using three more through net render on a separate identical machine; so (x5) 9080ti cards total.]

You should have more hairs in theory. Do you have motion blur for hairs?

Nope I haven't turned on motion blur for the hairs. Although I will want to....but I haven't turned that on yet so it's not the cause of the crashing.

I had gone to 500.000 hairs for testing. Any scene to share with us?

Weird I tried posting it twice but it didn't add it. Let me get on my system and try again...

Ah okay...weird...it says that the extension .C4D is not an acceptable file type to upload. Here is it zipped in a folder.

You seems at a mistake here. There's absolutely much more hairs than you said. Check Hair->Cloning->Clone=10

Like I mentioned before...I've tried lots of different amounts. 10 was something that was left in there from my trying different numbers. If you change that to 0 and try to just put 100,000 hairs in it crashes for me.

No problem on me with much more. I don't know why it crashes on you.
