Switch Octane license from MAXON Cinema 4D to Autodesk Maya?

Hey,
I bought the "OctaneRender™ for Maxon Cinema 4D + Standalone Combo License" 1 year ago. But now I only use Maya. Is it possible to switch my license?

You may wish to check on the current state of the Octane Maya plug in. Last I checked, it is no where near the state of completeness or quality of the C4D plug in...
