Window on top toggle for IPR & LiveDB

Hello, could we please have an option to not have the custom OpenGL IPR window and the LiveDB window be on top of all other windows (on Windows)? Would help when working with limited screen estate.

I'm not sure about the LiveDB window, that is opened by Octane, but I'll check if I can add an option to the OpenGL IPR window.
