Grey X's in LiveDB, textures don't look right?

So, I've been getting some random grey X's here and there in LiveDB lately, some of which download just fine and others which don't. For example in the pic, the "Black_Plastic_Rough" texture will download, but the imported texture is pure white...versus a more, black, color like I assume it should. Other textures also have the grey X but download and look just fine. Is this an issue Otoy has been having lately with their servers or something in LiveDB?
