RAL (and others) color precision?

Since i use Octane i wonder if it is possible to match correct RAl colors and other architectural colors clients provide? I think it is a real pain to match the it.
Ususally I enter the RGB values most color companies provide but it doen't match at all with the render output.
Of course I apply no tone mapping to the image and I'm aware of the fact that lighting conditions change colors a bit.
