Have a problem with the displacement node not automatically connecting in node editor window . Its showing up but won't let me drag the spline connector to the octane material tab.

Found the answer, need to go through an image texture node to bridge the gap.

weird, which version did you install exactly?
Did you follow the instructions in the readme.txt file during installation?
