Higher than 8K Displacement & UDIM

Hi All,
Is it possible to take advantage of displacement higher than 8K? If not is there plans to make that possible in the future?
Also, UDIM support? Is it already possibly or coming down the pipe?
Thanks!
O.

I would give my right arm to have UDIM support!
EDIT: Ah thanks Beppe, saw your post after submitting mine.

The Modo Plugin has UDIM support.

Modo plug-in supports udims but it is unstable. It can't support displacement maps and modo's unreal shaders.
Especially when i use unreal shader in modo, it does well. but it works well only one map file map.
in order to use udims, commanding 'octane.createUdim', i do octane override first..but once i do that, unreal shader was changed octane diffuse material or octane glossy material. than i don't know where input my metalness map.
I asked to paul who is a dev enginer modo octane plugins how to solve this problem.
He says 'To have Unreal shader UDIM support, Octane would need to natively support UDIM textures, so I suggest submitting this to Otoy as a feature request (as I know a lot of other users have too).'
So, I would be happy Octane natively support Udims pretty soon.
