Lightwave Layout.exe crash when enabling demo version

My Lightwave layout.exe (2015.3 (build 2847) (Win64) 07-Aug-2015) crashes immediately upon enabling the Octane demo. Note that my Lightwave is also a demo. Any ideas? Thank you
Note: I tried to post this in the plugin support forum but looks like I can't yet (new account).

Some more details:
Octane demo version tried: Octane_3.04.3.0_LightWave_2015.3_demo_Win64
Graphics Card: Geforce GTX 1080
OS: Windows 10
The Standalone Octane demo works correctly.

Hi,
What are the specs of your system? You should also update the NVIDIA drivers to the latest ones. A good test is to install the Octane Standalone application to see if it works fine. If it works, the problem can be in the plugin side, so we could further investigate.
Thanks,

Thanks for the reply. Windows 10, Geforce GTX 1080, Octane_3.04.3.0_LightWave_2015.3_demo_Win64. This is the 2nd time I've tried to respond. There seems to be a very long lag between me sending the post and it appearing on the forum. Are posts beyond my first required to be moderator-approved?
Thanks again

Hi juanjgon,
I'm a programmer by day

Any chance of getting .pdb files matching these binaries to try and get a callstack I could post for you? At the very least i'd hope we could get a stack of function addresses.

Please, try the latest demo version available. Anyway, the one that you are using should work fine. How are you installing it? Be aware that currently, you don't need to copy any .dll file to the LightWave/bin folder. You can have a problem related to the installation.
