Hey Guys,

i'm trying to install Otoy standalone on mac for the first time, but always getting this error: "Check with the developer to make sure OctaneRender 3.04.5 works with this version of macOS. You may need to reinstall the application. Be sure to install any available updates for the application and macOS."
Never had any problem with my Pc..is it because it only has an AMD card?

Hi, Octane does not work with AMD cards so make no sense to install it.

OctaneRender still needs an Nvidia CUDA GPU, so if you want to use that Mac, better to look at the eGPU solutions, there are a lot discussion on the forum about this argument. For example , you can start from this link:
