Hi, Frank, to change what You asked press on "User Control Panel"; from "Overview" drop down choose "Board Preferences" & from Edit Global setings choose "Edit Posting Defauls"- change what You like & save out

P.S. Small, but useful tip. As You visit forum once in a while simply press "View Active Topics" & check those news - You'll get to now what is happening at the moment & probably going to find some answers to the questions You have, as the same topic might be already in discussion =)
