Access issues to the Octane Blender Manual

I wanted to look up some detailed info on how to set up environment nodes in Octane Blender, just as a refresher since I haven't done much work in it lately. But when I searched the online docs from the Resources link I found a Blender manual that contained a paltry amount of useful data. And these sparse references only covered Octane Blender v1 and v2 - there is no manual for v3 yet:

https://docs.otoy.com/#blender

However, I did remember that there used to be a more extensive online manual which, while still meager, did contain enough useful detailed info on some essential aspects of using the plugin. I searched my bookmarks and found it here:

https://docs.otoy.com/Blender/

Unfortunately, I could find no official links to this more detailed reference guide from the main site anywhere. If I did not remember there was such a guide and searched through my bookmarks I would not have been able to find it. So how are new users Octane Blender v3 supposed to find there way around the program and learn how to set up things specific to the plugin?

Even if we don't have the manual for v.3, the manual for v.2 can be accessed from the website

and from Blender itself as well.

And for v.3 I've made two video tutorials showing a few new features and how to use them - viewtopic.php?f=32&t=56866

Yes but those only link to Octane Blender "manuals" that have very little useful information. The second URL I cited seems to be from an older manual but it contains more detailed information and is of much more use. So why is there no direct link to that better manual anywhere on Otoy's website? Maybe this is an oversite? If so they should correct this and include a direct link to this more comprehensive reference.

https://docs.otoy.com/Blender/

The above URL is not accessible from Otoy's website, nor from the document link within Octane Blender's preferences for v3 (though perhaps that old link might still work from the preference dialogue box if one is still using the older v2 plugin).

So, again, Otoy should make this particular link available - particularly for new users of Octane Blender who may never have known about that older, more detailed online reference which is currently NOT available from the Otoy website or from within Octane Blender v3 itself. And if they are not going to make this link once again accessible then they should update the current Blender manual links to at least incorporate this information.

My bad, didn't understand you firstly.

It seems, they split the old manual into two sections: v1 and v2. Don't like it either.

I can't find any settings which are present in the old manual but aren't in any part of the new one though...

Creating textures for environment nodes is one thing in the old manual I didn't find in the current online ones (that was the info I wanted to refresh myself on). There is also some valuable text explaining the different mesh geometry types useful for speeding up animation rendering, which is something I also like to look back on for reference now and again.

Both - in v1. I haven't compared line to line but at the first sight they both ok.

Ok - that's good. I'll have to look again.
