Hello All

I just recently purchased Affinity Photo and designer , photo editing and darkroom (RAW) in one application rocks. Great PANO for background enviro maps. designer is a great vector application

check it out

https://affinity.serif.com/en-us/

to me , Affinity is to photo editing is what Octane is to rendering
this a user plug ( recommendation )to other users

I was looking to this, but since I like to use Quixel from time to time, I'm going to stick with PS. Compared to Adobe products this is a bargain.. 2-3 month versus full licence =)

Glimpse thanks for comment, being you seem have some gravitas maybe we should look to other Photo editing/ digital darkroom to use Quixel and such then just continuing to be Adobe Zombies :D :o

Thanks

I bought both photo and designer. For the price and power of them you really can't beat it. I still have photoshop for the office, but, this was too good of a deal to pass up.

you may want to check out how others are using it for Surface texturing

Thanks! Going to look into this... Like I said... it's basically like a nice tool in the hardware store that I couldn't pass up for the price. Throw it in the bag and may use it some day, but it looks like it may have some immediate uses to learn.
