Plug-In Logging Out Problem

Hello!
My problem is the following. Often when I close Maya after using Octane, logging out of Maya plug-in is not carried out correctly and I can see in my account page that it is still in use by the machine even if it is shut down. So I have to deactivate it manually. This way I have spent all of my Unlocks on this. The main thing here is that the problem is persisting, sometimes I open and close Maya a few times and I cannot log out of the plug-in.
Would be thankful for any help. Also how can I restore my Unlocks?
