/sigh

It seems the OctaneRender manual keeps being updated in a way that old links are being broken.
Is this a known issue?
When will work on the manual section be done so it will once again be possible to link to specific sections and not just the welcome page?

Example: Node Graph Editor
Graph Editor link v1002.jpg
If I try to point forwards to more information about the Node graph editor there are two different links:

1) What you can see in your browser address field

https://docs.otoy.com/#60The%20Graph%20Editor

2) the reference written on the page

https://docs.otoy.com/manuals/products/ ... aph-editor

- - -

In older versions of the manual after a few seconds on the welcome page the proper linked section would load.
Now the page just gets stuck at the welcome section no matter which link you use.

This seems to happen in Internet Explorer, Chrome and Edge.

Is there any other form of URL I could use to link to specific sections of the manual?

Hi,

Taking a look into the website, the following URL is now generated:

https://docs.otoy.com/#standalone-v3-pr ... aph-editor

Please let me know if this is happening for you. Try clearing your cache to seeing if that resolves for you. If not, we will look to fix the docs site as soon as possible

Thank you for checking.

Quick test:

The link

https://docs.otoy.com/#standalone-v3-pr ... aph-editor

- works in Google Chrome.
- works in Microsoft Edge

- still gets stuck at the welcome page in Microsoft Internet Explorer. on workstation
Version 11.576.14393.0
Update/Edit: retested with laptop. Same results.
-@ problem with cache?

update / edit: I now tried any way I know to clear the Internet Explorer cache.

- I used CCleaner and made sure to remove otoy.com from cookies
- tried to manually delete temporary internet files including passwords, forms in IE from the options.
I set a checkmark at every single delete settings in IE to be sure.

-> No change in behaviour.

Can anyone else test with Internet Explorer so it is more clear if this is an isolated issue on my systems or if this can be reproduced by other people?
