We have two pretty beefy systems. One with 8 Titans on a server and an Amfeltec rack running C4d 17.5 and one with 5 Titans with the same rack running C4d 18 . The big server works brilliantly with Octane 2.2X but crashes with 3.X. All the drivers are up to date.
Everything else is pretty much the same on both. Lots of ram, same Windows 7, etc.

Any thoughts on what might be causing this?

We keep having to go back to 2.2X which is fine for now but won't be for long.

Hi sparkworld,
v2 and v3 are different, try to disable the "Use for tonemap" option in the Octane settings/Settings/Devices for all the GPUs connected to the Amfeltec rack. Note that you need at least one GPU connected directly to a PCI slot with the option active.
