Hi guys,
I was wondering does it effect performance or are there any pitfalls if you mix GFX Cards, for example 1 x ASUS 1070 with an EVGA 980ti hybrid? Was wondering as there's a good price on the ASUS 1070 for Black Friday.
Cheers

Surely you may mix them but with 2 of them rendering you'll lose 2GB of vram from 1070.

Ok so Octane can only use as much vram as the card with with the lowest amount?

Correct, because the scene must be distributed across all gpus. Moreover if you are using win10 you loose 16% of vram in Octane.
