Manual Exporting to Cinema 4D R12

I'm starting my experience with octane now, and like a rookie, I need your help to deal with.
Wich are the settings Manual Exporting to C4D?
The Riptide is a good choice?

Please use this plugin - it does the an OBJ export that works with Octane:
