Hi everybody,

I just bought Octane 3. I can log in to Standalone just fine, but when I try using that login/password in Maya I get the following error:

// Error: Error activate Octane plugin: Invalid OctaneLive plugin account or wrong liveId / password combination. //

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Are you aware that Octane v3 uses now floating licenses? This means you are no longer required to enter your specific license ID/password pairs to activate your plugin/standalone. Instead of that, you may use your OTOY credentials and the licensing system will find an available license and activate it for you.

Please make sure your software is updated to the latest releases and that your credentials work which you can check by signin-in in here:
