Compositing render passes, can't get it right

Hi,

I'm trying to render in passes and composite in Blender. Here's my setup and split view comparison (left: image output / right: composite nodes):

There is noticeable difference in the ground plane which is a diffuse material. Also octane only seems to give me either direct or indirect reflections, but I think I need both?

Can it be done like this in Blender?
