Urgent! Octane license has stopped working.

Please, we have a problem that we need to solve urgently.

I was working on a 3D scene and suddenly Octane was blocked, I had to restart Cinema 4D, reopening the plugin asks me for a User Name and Password I put the ones I have in my account and it does not work.

This is happening in both standalone and C4D Plugin.

We have to deliver a work tomorrow, I have written an email to [email protected] but I have no answer at the moment. Maybe someone knows what happens, this is being one of the most stressful situations, we can lose our client.

Please we need help.

There may be a number of reasons from a firewall blocking HTTPS access to a proxy.

I have just sent you a PM with some instructions. It would also help to get a screenshot with the error that you get.

Hi,

How is it possible that a program that I have already registered requires to re-register it, and does not accept User Name and Password.?

We have not been able to work for hours, now I am converting the project to V-ray since nobody seems to be able to solve this. I've never seen anything like this.

Hi mojave, I have finally be able to reset my password and then register Octane in offline mode.

Here I simply make a suggestion that I think can relieve stressful situations for many users:
If the Username and Password are required, then that Octane warns and says that within 24 hours or so you will need the Username and Password, so the user has time to prepare the required data, in our case it was added that yesterday internet worked with continuous interruptions and it was not easy to change the password.
