Activation error 9

Hello, I am unable to log in to activate my octane plug in for c4d I just purchased. On the license page it shows that it is not activated and when I log in I get this error
Please check the capitalization of your username and make sure is the same as you use for logging in here:

If this keeps happening please let me know and I'll send you more details to find out what the issue is.
