HELP Amfeltec + Mac Pro (mid 2012) 5,1

I recently set up an Amfeltec cluster with my mac pro 5,1 and cannot seem to get it working properly. My current set up is:
Running current version of El Capitan and all Cuda/Web Nvidia Drivers current
1x Titan X (maxwell) flash via: mac video cards connected to the 4th PCIe slot internally
2x Titan X (maxwell) flash via: mac video cards connected to an Amfeltec cluster.
I've gotten the cards to show up on Octane for C4d but run into kernel/Video errors within 5-10 min of usage.
When I check the hardware under the PCI preferences OS says it cannot see anything? I've checked all cards individually and they do work it just has this error when mounted to the cluster...
Is there a certain configuration I need to follow? Has anyone had success with configuring the cluster? Most post I have found are thunderbolt related and don't help. If anyone can help it would be much appreciated!!
Thanks!

Hi jonidunno,
sorry I haven't a direct experience with Amfeltec cluster, but what about overheating?
Do you have a good air flow for all three GPUs?
ciao beppe

It's not the over heating... it seams the PCIe host board won't even register? this image is the closest I've got it to read... Is there any way to get it to register?
In the image:
the first 2 Nvidia cards are 1 internal card powering 2 monitors.
the pciffff,ffff is the cluster
if I plug the host/connector into a different PCIe slot on my mac it won't show up at all?
It's becoming a headache. Still trying to narrow down the issue.

Have you tried just one card in the cluster and one in the Mac?
You are running the most current Nvidia web driver, NOT the OS X driver, correct?
What size power supply do you have powering the Amfeltec?
The card should show up as a Titan X in the System Profile if it's installed correctly.
Try the chassis card in slot 3 or slot 2.

I've tried multiple slot arrangements for all cards...to try and resolve that issue.
If I plug the host connector to the PCI slot 2 and attach 1x Titan X to Slot 4 they show up on the Octane plugin/standalone/and Bench . But give me an error on the PCI and registers on Graphics/Displays on System report ???
Now when I do a Benchmark with the cluster registering on Graphics/Displays it gives me a score of 87 for all three cards (one in machine 2x on cluster) ?!
If I do a Benchmark with 1x Titan X it gives me a score of 124? I don't understand shouldn't be 3x as fast if not more?
Has anyone encountered this with any external GPU?

The main GPU should be in slot 1. The cluster can be in any other slot but slot 1.
You are sure that you have all cables connected correctly (should be two cables for the Amfeltec) and adequate power supplied to the external cards?
Each GPU should show up as a separate card.
Have you tested the chassis with Non flashed cards?

Thanks for your reply,
I have 1200 watts running to the two cards on the cluster, all cables are properly plugged into host board and cluster. I'll try putting the GPU to the appropriate slot.
I have not tried using unfleshed cards yet. Wouldn't you need to? To have Mac see it?

As long as you are running the most up-to-date Nvidia web driver, the Mac doesn't care. You only really need the flashed cards if you are running them with a display and want to use OS X boot options or see the OS X boot screens.
I don't know if the flashed cards are an issue, but you definitely need to be running the Nvidia web driver. It would be worth trying other cards to see if it makes a difference. Just about any Nvidia PC card should show up.
