better forum search

You may have noticed that some Octane forum search always fail.
Most likely this is because one of the words in your search have 1 or 2 letters.
For example looking for posts talking about Windows 10,
the answer is always: The following words in your search query were ignored because they are too common words: windows 10.
You must specify at least one word to search for. Each word must consist of at least 3 characters and must not contain more than 14 characters excluding wildcards.
This is a very annoying limitation.
Using Google search is way more efficient,
write your search this way in GOOGLE:
"windows 10" site:render.otoy.com
or use the advanced Google search https://www.google.com/advanced_search
and fill out the domain field with: render.otoy.com
