Maybe I'm doing something wrong but I'm having trouble using a jpg sequence to animate the scatter object.
Can anyone help me with this, please?

in this particular case, you have to use the animated texture directly in the Shader slot, not inside an Imagetexture node, and add a couple of key frames, as Ahmet already said: ciao beppe
