Can you double check my PC Build for me?

System is being built solely for Octane so i would appreciate any feedback!

Fractal Design Define R5 Mid Tower Black
Intel Core i7 6700K
MSI Z170A SLI Plus Motherboard
Kingston HyperX Fury HX421C14FB2K2/16 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 Black
MSI Corsair GeForce GTX 1080 Hydro GFX Liquid Cooled 8GB
Samsung 850 Pro 512GB SSD
ASUS PCE-AC68 Dual Band Wireless AC1900 PCI-E Adapter
Corsair HX1000i 80 Plus Platinum 1000W Power Supply
Microsoft Windows 10 Home 32bit/64bit USB Flash Drive

Looks good!

PSU is a bit too much, as even lower watage motel would work jsut fine - You will be able to put two cards with extra space between & at msot You probably sip 500-600, unless in the future grab very thursty card like TitanZ or so..but =) Your PSU will work at better efficiency with loads around 50 so it makes sense to keep it.

overall choises are fine. You can also power up screen from iGPU meaning it possible to have very fluid UI even while on heavy render loads.

nothing to add or take away.

P.S. double check if AIO cooler would not come in contact with Your motherboard/ram =) & that would be it!

Windows 10 is earing big chunck of vram... You might consider wondows 8.1 if you need/want your vram.
(You can search the forum about the windows 10 issue)

Thanks! I believe its modular PSU, so just preparing for a second 1080 at some stage :)

This is interesting, i did a search but for some reason the search engine excludes the term "Windows", any links would be much appreciated.
