Library .lib4d empty ! Corrupted ?

Hi,
i think this not Octane related, but maybe someone here has already encountered this issue.
I have a personal library that no longer displays its content in content browser?
Yesterday I just add a model with textures .jpeg
and today cinema4d displays the empty folder in the content browser , but the .lib4d file still has a weight of about 1.5 go (normal weight) to the hard drive.(attached image)
is there a way to recover the file?
Is this a common problem?
