why does the "GPU load" always become 0%？how to solve?

Hi~I‘m using the max plugin 3.03.4 and using 4*gtx1070. I found the kernel type has a great impact on “gpu load”.
PMC will made “gpu load” very unstable,even always become 0%!
DL and PT are very stable for "gpu load".it's always about 90%
I wonder why and how to solve? Ths!
