artefacts on a texture material

I've this kind of artefacts on the picture enclosed. It's well subdivised and normal map is disabled.
Just displacement is used.
Something to do to avoid that ?

Sorry, normal map was active ...
Is it nomal to have to disactive normal map with displacement map active ?

normal/bump with displacement in one material don't go together.
There is a workaround: make a mix material, give it displacement and add to one slot your material with bump/normal.
As far as I remember.
