Can I return back Octane Render I have my money back?

Hi there,

On the shop page
https://home.otoy.com/render/octane-render/purchase/
it says:
"We highly recommend testing the demo version from our downloads page to check compatibility with your system hardware before purchasing a license.
A free downloadable limited-feature demo version is currently available"

In general I would think If we all want to return our bought software it will be impossible to do business for software houses.
Maybe I miss something and you have a problem of promise that is not countered for, and you might have good reason to ask your money back... but when you just post this question it makes me curious... did or could you not try before buy?

I can see you have just joined in Sep 08, 2016, so maybe you made too quick decision by mistake and Otoy will make exception for you.
Anyway, I hope the best for you and that things work out well.

Refund requests need to be handled through our formal support channel, as refunds can only be cleared by the personnel there. If you have any particular issues regarding Octane or the 3ds Max plugin, let me know on this post , or supply your queries as part of your support ticket.
