Rendering stereoscopic vr Daz Plugin

I haven't bought octane yet but it looks like the best option for rendering vr animations. I have a couple questions.
If I want to render a room in stereoscopic 360 and in that room there is one animated character do I have to render the entire room along with that character every frame? It seems like a bit of a waste of resources if the room is static and the only animation is Victoria. If it's possible to render the character separately is it really tricky for a newbie? I'd like t render something where the viewer is alone in a room, a 3D character walks in the room and sits down and then talks from a seated position for the rest of the scene.

Also, i want to clarify the demo limitations. Can I install the demo along with the daz studio plugin and actually render something I can then test on my gear vr?
Thanks..

Hi - sorry for the late reply.

The DAZStudio plugin does not current allow rendering of stereoscopic animations. Instead you export the animation from DAZStudio via the plugin in OCS or ORBX format, and load into Octane Standalone, where you change the camera to "Panoramic" and render the animation there.

Yes.

The DAZStudio plugin has the same functionality to the "demo" you are referring it. They are the same thing. You cannot have both installed at the same time.
