Hello,
I have an animation from c4d.
When I bake the sequence, I have a .orbx and a .abc (I guess alembic)

Which file should I upload to ORC ?

The orbx contains the animation too ?

If you created the orbx after you imported the abc in your scene, yes the orbx already contains it.
Orbx is basically a container, it embeds every file you have in your ocs.
