I tried posting in the general section but have got no reply.

I lost internet connection and Octane would not launch. How do I permanently enable offline licensing for my master, plugin and slaves?

I really do not want to mess about with licensing given how flakey it is and risk get locked out (again). FAQ says nothing about offline licensing.
