license problem, SSO Expired (Standalone and Plugin)

Hi all. I updated to Octane 3.03 today and also updated the DAZ Studio Plugin. Whenever I try to log in, there is the message:
Could not retrieve Licence because the SSO Session expiered. Please enter Password again.
When i enter the Password, the message disapears and returns after a few seconds.

I even volunteered one of my resets to try and reset the licences: nothing changed.
I changed the password and tried it with the new one: nothing changed.
I uninstalled all octane (Standalone and Plugins) and reinstalled them again (the newest version): nothing changed.
I searched for the Credentials to delete (saw that in another post), I didnt found any "otoy_credentials" file on the whole computer

I really don't have a clue what else I could try to reactivate my renderer. It would be great if you could help me. It would be even better to create kind of a Checklist for People having problems with licencing, as it seems to become a common issue since the new system.

Hi beat578,
I suppose you are on Win system, so you have to firstly unhide the invisible win folders in control panel, then you have to go to C:Users/YouUser/AppData/Roaming/OctaneRender and delete the otoy_credentials file.
Let us know if you have solved.

I feel so stupid! Never thought of unhiding the roaming folder.
