I am trying to render a sequence, however, it will only render the first frame of the sequence over and over. The geometry does not update each frame.

Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

I know this Is unlikely helpful but we had the same issue using deadline and shots with FULL Reload Enabled. never resolved the problem.

Can you please send to me a scene with this behavior to test it here?

The problem can be related to the update system, that perhaps has some options disabled. Do you have the same problem rendering in full scene reload mode?

For studios and renderfarms it is critical problem
juanjgon, Please try to fix this problem - this problem make network rendering with houdini and Octane useless.

The problem is that I don't know how to reproduce this problem here. In my tests all works fine rendering sequences even using the non-UI tools.

Can you send to me a sample scene with this problem and the steps needed to reproduce it?

Hello. Sorry for the late reply. I got it to work by changing the output to Full Scene Reload for each frame.

Thanks all, It seems something was wrong with my configuration. Now OCTANE works with afanasy without problems. Thanks!
