i saw this online, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mKBTwWU0W4U and wanted to achieve the look. I have Cinema and Octane and have only been able to get this far on it. Can anybody give me some pointers on achieving it?

I know there's a vignette applied in post - I can't tell if that 'infinity' background is just a white still frame and the reflection and shadow passes have been applied on top of it, or if it was achieved all in the scene.

What do you all think?

You could go with an infinite background and glossy material of course and apply the vignette effect on top of it.

Rendering all kind of passes and mix them is not needed for this basic setup.

you could try adding a depth of field to the camera to blur the horizon

This kind of setup suggested by mbetke is called a 'cyclorama'.

It's used in a lot of photography to kill the horizon.

I agree it would work well here.

add some post on it your image is to contrast use highlight compression to help and play with gamma and exposure aswell. you should have similar look.
For me is grade to have the same result maybe better to add aperture to.
I think your texture we can see the tiled to maybe add more variation on it. we can see the repetition

camera response aswell you have a weird greenish colour you should use white balance.
