Otoy's plans for VR?

Hey Otoy! Whatcha got planned for VR? Curious since it was nice for the metaverse competition to have an app on the gearVR headset to check and review other's creations. I have a Vive now, and it'd be great to start exploring more options for generating VR content for it with Octane. Valve recently announced their "Destinations" app and it reminds me of Octane and light field rendering. How's all that going? Would be nice to hear of any plans for VR that may be coming soon! Also, please be open about VR. Please don't cater to just one headset. They both work just fine through OpenVR. None of this "exclusive" bullshit from the console days, this is a new platform and medium!

ORBX Media Player 2.5 should be out shortly (maybe next week if all goes well) with full support for streaming X.IO and other layers on top of stereo cube maps in Gear VR. Check out the cloud demos menu on this page to see the things that are possible.

But what about Vive? Or Oculus? What's the plan for actual VR?

Ya I just upgraded from the DK2 to a Vive myself and was hoping the Orbx player would be out for it fairly soon. The orbx player will play 360 videos as well correct?

We are doin this with v3 of OMP. There is a roadmap doc in our second GTF16 deck.
