"error: please upgrade" - I have upgraded

Just purchased v3 standalone and plugin, installed both, activated the standalone - and I can't use the octane plugin. It keeps telling me the alpha and beta period has ended and that I need to upgrade... Would be good to get this resolved ASAP...

Don't use beta/alpha versions anymore. It's finished. Download commercial version.

I just bought and downloaded V3 hence:

tried to delete this post because I realised it was in the wrong forum, but I guess you replied before I got in there.
FYI, I'm running windows 10 and cinema 4d r17.048

V3.0-R1.1? It's working here. Can you check your licenses are V3?

I deactived both v2 licenses before purchasing V3 as per the instructions.

Don't know but it should work if you are on commercial versions. Try deactivate from web page.

Right - how long will that be..? Would be good to get some work done today! Who do I get in touch with exactly? I've sent multiple emails to Otoy NZ before that have just gone completely ignored.

About around midnight. Btw check again what you installed and running, i don't think that's possible to get this error with latest version. Because it's working on another guys and me.
