Guarantee licence in future

Hi !
Here is a question for the licence :
If the commercial version must request an Internet connection to validate the license, is it an annual subscription of 99 €?
I note that the risk can occur if the company disappears Refractive Software, or purchased by a larger company, no longer able to operate Octane ... What guarantee do you give to your clients?

Hi Maams,
the 99 Euros buy you a license of OctaneRender, it's not a subscription fee.
We can't guarantee that you can use OctaneRender if Refractive Software "disappears", but if that scenario occurs our intent would be to build a version, that uses a similar license mechanism as version 1.022. At this point in time there no reason to think that Refractive Software will "disappear".

I have another question about the license:
If I have 2 machines, a home and another at the office (thus 2 different IP address), is that the license may be active in both positions at different times?
eg at work at office from 8:00 to 18:00 (IP:xxxx.xxxx.xxxxx)and from 20:00 to 24:00 (IP:yyyyy.yyyyy.yyyyy) at home.

You have to deactivate octane before use it on another computer.
Please use the username and password from an OctaneLive license to activate it on a computer. Once the license is activated, it cannot be used on another machine until it is deactivated. You can deactivate a license in the OctaneLive account preference panel of the software, or in this customer area. You may use only one license at a time on one machine, and you must wait one hour between deactivating and reactivating a license between machines.
