license issues

Hi,

I installed Octane 3.0 standalone and plugin for C4D at work (imac)

Tonight I got home and installed 3.0 standalone and plugin for C4D on my PC.

I can't use either standalone or more importantly C4D plugin at home. I receive the following 'could not retrieve a license' message:

could not retrieve a license
message unable to find a license for "Octane Render Standalone"
Link: none
Timestamp: 1464092500
code: 10200
HTTP Status: 200
SSO Status: Signed In

In the past I could log in and deactivate my previous session. It's really impractical if I cant remotely deactivate the license.

What solution is there? This is really frustrating!

Lastly thanks for such an amazing plugin implementation...vertex map support would be great too!

Sorry to hear! It's not about plugin side. here is a post for OSX.

Also thanks for support. Vertex maps are really important. We're waiting the support it by help of Render Core.

Nobody is online from Otoy at the moment. They are on New Zealand.

I'm having the same issue on windows 10. Please help.
same-'cannot find license' window coming up when trying to start c4d r17

UPDATE: I deactivated octane standalone and got it to work but now the error message says it can't find a license for the c4d pluging. Frustrating. I've tried re-installing the latest V3 plugin for c4d but still has the same error. This is tough because all of my client work is now at a stand still and Octane is the only render engine I use now because of it's strength.

Please help.

thanks!
