Triangles visible when using opacity?

I have a model with a lot of parts and I'm using a mograph fracture object together with an effector changing the color from dark to white on the parts. I then feed this in to an octane material using the mograph color shader. However, some times polygon/triangles become visible. I suspect this is where objects meet/have overlapping or rather "touching" surfaces. Is there a way to fix this? Backface culling? Or is it something different happening?

Much better thanks! I think you say these marked areas?
Looks like reversed normals or so.

Isn't this a thing for the Ray Epsilon setting in the Kernel settings?
