Displacement & SSS Skin Artifacts

Hi. I´m triying to make SSS Skin but i have several problems using Displacements, i´m using Digital Emily 2.0 on my test and the dispalcement it´s causing some strange artifacts even on very low resolutions. I don´t have this problems using the same maps on another render engines.
Anyone have an ideo of how can i solve this, i´m very new to Octane so maibe i´m making some stupid mistake.
Some examples:
Here i almost fix it adding Turbosmooth (but most of the time my computer Freezes i don´t know why)
