I get an error No Available Licenses on new comp

Hi when trying to install Octane on my new laptop using the same login (its weird now, it wont ask for a serial number now it just asks for a login and pass) it wont allow me I know the correct combination of user and pass because it gives a different error when I have a wrong user and pass. this error is regarding some sort of binary value.. I would like to know if I'm 'covered' for mujltiple computers using my otane render license.
